Dear friends and colleagues,

I am writing to inform you about the advancement of our CME project about serous fluid cytopathology.

The above-mentioned link already allows you to visit the E-sc@n blog, before it is referenced on the EFCS website and widely accessible.

The project aims first at elaborating a questionnaire about the techniques used by practicing pathologists (see also in the blog for details)

I haven’t financial support yet. However, effective starting of E-sc@n becomes necessary if it is our ambition to successfully apply for funds, at a later date.

From now on, I need your help for:

1. Elaborating and reading the questionnaire which you can find in attached file. I would be very grateful if you could test the form yourself (fill it completely, in order to check every question) and send commentaries and suggested corrections,  
2. Verifying your personal data (Name of the institution, address, Tel. and Fax, E-mail). 

The “definitive” version of the questionnaire, as soon as available, will be sent to you for approval before diffusion.

Would you accept to be associated by name at the bottom of the definitive form, before the launching of the survey?
