QUATE Aptitude Test Milan, 20th September 2015

20th September, 2015, in Milan, is scheduled the QUATE Aptitude Test in cervical cytology.

The QUATE (Quality Assurance, Training and Examinations committee) Aptitude Test is an international examination for cytotechnologists who fulfill the criteria for accreditation in their own countries. It is designed to provide an objective assessment of a cytotechnologist’s competence to screen cervical samples and it takes place under the auspices of the European Federation of Cytology Societies (EFCS).

The exam can be taken in English, German or Italian language and the candidates can choose whether to use conventional slides or liquid phase preparations (ThinPrep or SurePath).

The entry fee is 80 € if the applicant is already registered for the European Congress of Cytology, which will begin the next day, or € 150 if you claim the examination only.

A certificate of competence of the European Federation of Cytology will be released on the same day to the Candidates who pass the exam.
