The registration fee is 400€ and it includes attendance at the tutorial and refreshment breaks
It is possible to pay the fee in two ways: through Paypal or credit card online payment and through direct bank transfer.
The online payment is charged with 4% of bank expenses:
the online payment ensures the immediate reservation for a tutorial position.
If you pay with the bank transfer, the reservation will become effective when the money bank transfer is completed (3-4 days).
All bank charges should be met by the subscriber
The accomodation costs are separated from the tutorial fee and participants should make a direct reservation to the suggested hotel

This hotel is in walking distance form the tutorial site.
In contacting the hotel, the participants must state that they are going to participate in the EFCS Tutorial.
Accomodation:
single room 117€ per day
double room 72€ per person per day
The participants are free to stay in other hotels, but the above is reccomended.
For those who wish to share a double room we suggest two options:
- They arrange whom they share room with
- The hotel may arrange it if they want to share a room and does not know someone to share it with.
