INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION EU 2016/679 (GDPR)
The personal data acquired through this form are collected for the purposes connected to the registration for QUATE exam.
Data are processed using electronic and non-electronic tools. The data collected will be processed solely by personnel that have been opportunely authorised and trained to process it (personnel appointed to carry out commercial, administrative and secretarial duties). The legal basis for processing is the request to provide the particular service. Data can be communicated to freelance professionals, hotels, travel agencies, airline and maritime companies and banks for the purpose of providing the service and purposes connected to it. Data can also be communicated to the appointed and authorised bodies for administrative, fiscal and tax-related purposes. These third-party subjects will act as independent data controllers and with regard to the processing of the data of the data subject, should comply with the provisions of the GDPR. Providing data (name, surname, address, tax code, VAT number, telephone and email address, etc.) is compulsory to allow for registration, hotel booking, if applicable, and the issuing of a standard invoice. The aforementioned data (email address) may also be used by European Federation of Cytology Societies to inform you of our future events if you express consent by ticking the appropriate box. Any refusal to grant consent to sending communications regarding our activities will not jeopardise registration to the conference, but merely the impossibility to contact you to inform you of future events. Data will not be disclosed or disseminated outside the territory of the EU and in any case, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 45 – 49 of the GDPR. The Data Controller is European Federation of Cytology Societies, with registered office in Onderbergen 63 9000 Ghent. Storage of data is linked to the service requested and legal obligations.
